Delete your data

Moya is built so you're always in control of your own information. Most of what Moya stores lives only on your device, so deleting it doesn't need a request to us at all.

What's stored on your device (delete it yourself, instantly)

This covers your check-ins, symptom ratings, notes, journal entries, photos and lifestyle logs. None of it reaches our servers or is tied to your identity.

Open Moya and go to Settings
Tap Your data (export or delete your data)
Export a copy first if you want to keep one, then choose Delete all data to erase it from your device immediately

Uninstalling the app has the same effect: everything stored on that device is removed with it.

What we hold on our servers (email us to delete it)

If you joined a mailing list on moyahealth.app (for example an Android launch list or a "what should Moya support next" vote), we keep the email address and any product preference you shared. This is the only Moya-related data we hold outside your device, and it's kept until you ask us to remove it or we no longer need it.
